The Dashboard is our centralized mission control, offering three powerful perspectives to manage our billboards:
Advanced List View:
Complete control over our data. Sort and filter by frequency (0–12), region, or status. Deep-dive into Contract Durations and track exactly how many days are left until expiration.
Visual Kanban Board:
Track the pipeline visually. Drag-and-drop locations between stages—from "New Lead" and "Building Stage" to "Active Rentable Medium."
Interactive Map View:
Spatial intelligence at scale. View all billboard locations on a map, filtered by status or frequency to identify regional clusters and growth patterns.
Visual Workflows
Beyond text statuses. Color-coded categories for instant pipeline health checks:
Security & Governance
Destructive actions (deleting locations, adding users) are protected. Only the Superhost has authority, ensuring data safety.
The Detailed Rental Offer
Generate comprehensive Rental Proposals as PDFs. These include owner details, location specifics, and mission-critial technical data: Permits, Installation requirements, and Maintenance schedules.
User Perspectives: Mobile-First on the Ground
Dustin is built for the field. Our staff don't just work in offices; they are out on the land, identifying opportunities in real-time.
On-Site Acquisition
Staff can access the portal directly from their mobile devices while standing on a potential plot of land.

- Auto-Location: The system uses GPS to automatically find and pin the location on the map, ensuring 100% geographic accuracy.
Field Efficiency
